To Have and To Gold // Wedding at Adeline Farms // Woodland, WA
One of the best things is to meet a couple for the first time alone, really like them, and then show up on one of their biggest days ever and see how much everyone else likes them too.
That was Ted and Lexy’s day at Adeline Farms. Surrounded by tears, love, and unwavering support, they tied the knot under a 300 year old big oak tree in one of the most personal and loving ceremonies I’ve ever seen. They totally understand each other- and their wedding was so uniquely them.
Now Ted and Lexy Gold, they made sure to incorporate gold elements throughout- including a set of fashionable gold shoes from Ted and a white and gold hairpiece on Lexy. There wasn’t a shortage of Gold puns- and we loved it. Lexy even sported a “Team Gold” jean jacket during their engagement photos.
We toured the amazing venue that Adeline Farms is and had no lack of amazing locations to take formal shots, couple shots, sunset shots- you name it. There’s a sense of history and richness when getting married on an established 100 year old farm- and a great foundation for an everlasting marriage and life together.
We were lucky enough to have a 15 minute shower and the most beautiful clouds and pockets of sun scattered all through the day, the most light being during the ceremony.
